Baked, Seasoned Sweet Potato Fries

  1. 4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into fries/wedges
  2. 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  3. 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1/2 tsp oregano, dried
  6. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  1. Mix all ingredients except potato wedges.
  2. Toss wedges with topping mixture, making sure to evenly coat.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Farhenheit for 20 minutes.
  4. Flip wedges and bake until desired crispiness, 10-15 minutes depending on how thickly cut the wedges are.
  1. Try to use organic ingredients whenever possible.
