Suggested Adult Use:
Apply Motion Medicine directly to affected area and massage into the skin. Cooling sensation with deeper warming sensation is usual. Experience almost instant pain relief and improve your movement. Achieve long-lasting relief by reapplying. Use 4 times a day, up to 10 g per day.
