Suggested Adult Use:
Take 2 capsules twice daily, 15-30 minutes before a meal with water. On days that you exercise, take 2 capsules 30 minutes before working out.

Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an iron deficiency. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product.
