Suggested Adult Use:
For cardiovascular support, take 2-3 capsules per day with food. To help reduce serum triglycerides take 3 capsules per day with food. Use for a minimum of of 6 weeks to see beneficial effects. To help with healthy mood balance take 1-2 capsules per day with food. Swallow whole, do not crush or chew.
